Running with a goal in mind
We've started a little group running on a Monday evening at 5.30pm.
Currently we run for approx 30min variety of standards, variety of goals.
The running we do together will be planned and thought through, the progress incremental.
The objective is to work together to achieve goals that include …
- Working on focuses and maintaining good form when running
- Preparing for a half marathon in the spring time for some
and for others
- Preparing for a full marathon … also in the spring of 2013
