- You run at whatever pace you are comfortable.
- The speedier not compelled to restrict their pace ...
... but when away from Footes Lane please buddy up and run in pairs.
- Run at training pace ... conversational
- Away from Footes Lane I will act as shepherd for the less swift ...
... though I'll be increasing pace over the weeks.
Programme ... Summer 2015
Monday & Wednesday
6.30 a.m. Sausmarez Park
30 mins intervals followed by
20 mins yoga based stretches
Tuesday & Thursday
12.30 p.m. from my office (15 St George's Esplanande)
45 min lunch time run along the seafront
MUST BE BOOKED
6.00 p.m. clinic
60 mins at Footes Lane
6.30 a.m. at Sausmarez Park
Easy 30 mins followed by
20 mins yoga based stretches and
30 mins coffee, croissant and chat
Mandatory after running!
