Running free where form comes first and times are of less importance ...........

 

Running in the company of other ChiRunners all with an understanding of the ChiRunning concept. Running at a variety of locations, over varying distances and with differing content and intensity. Getting help and advice on good running form.

Please note ...

  • You run at whatever pace you are comfortable.
  • The speedier not compelled to restrict their pace ...

... but when away from Footes Lane please buddy up and run in pairs.

  • Run at training pace ... conversational
  • Away from Footes Lane I will act as shepherd for the less swift ...

Monday & Wednesday

6.30 a.m. Sausmarez Park

30 mins intervals followed by

20 mins yoga based stretches

 

Tuesday & Thursday

12.30 p.m. from my office (15 St George's Esplanande)

45 min lunch time run along the seafront

 

Wednesday Evening

MUST BE BOOKED

6.00 p.m. clinic

60 mins at Footes Lane

 

Friday

6.30 a.m. at Sausmarez Park

Easy 30 mins followed by

20 mins yoga based stretches and

30 mins coffee, croissant and chat
